Where will my documents be stored once they scanned?

Digital documents should be stored in document management software. Cloud-based or on-premises software is available. Our software integrates with ERP, EMR, and HR. Your documents can be output as PDFs or other file formats for use in document management systems or software and if you do not have software then Scan documents will be saved in your system (Computer/Laptop).

How will I be able to find my documents once they are scanned?

We use barcode sheets, double keying, zonal OCR, full-text OCR, and match and merge services to index documents quickly.

What Do You Do With The Documents Once They Have Been Scanned?

We either return them to you, or ask you to ship them to a long-term record storage facility.
